If you are not satisfied with your in-store or online purchase, we will happily offer a refund. For unopened products, returned in their original packaging with a receipt within 30 days of purchase, refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Products returned opened or without a receipt can be exchanged or store credit.

Toys and items for full return must be in new condition, we are not responsible for wear and tear on items purchased, unless its manufacturing defects.

All treats and toys should always been inspected by owner, anything too small, rips, tears or excessive wear should be taken away from your pet for their own safety.

If your pet has any allergies, or reactions to products, food and treats, you should consult your veterinarian, and discontinue use of the products.

For all products, treats and food following instructions on the packaging and use before the best before dates. Any spoiled products should be disposed of immediately.

While we take pride in our products, we cannot assume responsibility for any adverse reactions, improper usage or mistreatment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error was caused by Abby's Amazon. Any merchandise that is in used condition and/or returned without the original packaging may be refused.
